•Eat well
•Hydrate
•Put in the work
•Go to bed early and wake up early
•Study and read instead of scrolling social media
•Keep going when you get tired and want to quit
•Say no to temptation and comfort because it’s the enemy of success
If you want to be a champion, you’re going to have to discipline your mind and body to overcome mediocrity.
A solid first day for Summer Workouts! Over 100+ Boys and Girls got better today! Here’s most of the girls as some had to leave for softball! (Will get the guys tomorrow!)

As we finish our first full week of the school year, we'd like to give a big shout out to Braxton Hass! During our 20m PACER test outs, Braxton cruised his way to the top, running 110 laps! #NiceWork!
1️⃣Hydrate early
2️⃣Eat a high protein breakfast
3️⃣Three to five complete meals
4️⃣Colorful fruits & veggies at each meal
5️⃣30-40 g of high quality protein paired w/carbohydrate immediately post training🏋️♂️
6️⃣Avoid and limit overly processed foods
7️⃣Choose anti inflammatory foods
