Quick story.. I tried seat upgrade through web check in and i found out I had to pay 5900 for it so i discontinued the process. At airport I was denied from getting my boarding pass for pending payment.

@AirIndiaX please elaborate on how I am charged Rs 5900 for seat upgrade for my flight from delhi to imphal via guwahati. IX1067 ( seat A1) and IX2002 ( seatA7)..
.I don't find any good reason to pay that much money for an A7 seat. Please enlighten me.
