Our devices should disappear into the background and open the door for us to connect with the world around us...
Proud of what the team has accomplished so far and even more excited for what comes next!
Introducing Alterego: the world’s first near-telepathic wearable that enables silent communication at the speed of thought.
Alterego makes AI an extension of the human mind.
We’ve made several breakthroughs since our work started at MIT.
We’re announcing those today.

These posts are to remind myself of insights that are helpful to me. I hope they’re helpful to others too. This one is an antidote to all-or-nothing thinking. I am more consistent if I give myself a little wiggle room and don’t think I have to do something everyday for it to stick. Otherwise I tend to give more quickly if I miss a day. It’s important to pick things back up quickly if you miss a day. This type of thinking…
@ChrisWillx@naval Happiness and achievement require different paths/playbooks. You can travel from one to the other. Luckily, they they cross paths sometimes.
You can wield ambition without being overpowered by it.
There’s a difference btw using meditation to escape the moment, hoping for a peak spiritual experience and practicing to build a foundation that gives you a more enjoyable lens to look at the world with.
Each session doesn’t need to blow the doors off. They can build on each other. Just like a good workout doesn’t always need to be your best ever, but doing them over time gets you into shape and you become a healthier version of yourself.
This is the difference between building happiness and chasing it.
When you sell products or services you generate more than money. If your product is good you generate gratitude from your users. This pov makes entrepreneurship less transactional and more human.

3 Hawaiian concepts that changed my life:
1. Ho’o ponopono: making things right and finding natural balance.
2. Holo holo: a journey without a destination. Enjoy being off-duty.
3. Kinaole: doing the right thing, for the right reason, for the right person, at the right time.
We may question if we will ever achieve our objectives or wonder whether we have bitten off more than we can chew.
This is where the concept of small wins comes in.
By celebrating small wins we set the stage for the rewards of success.

Consistency builds momentum and makes you feel good about your progress.
Over time you build the muscle of momentum and you will make progress without burning out.
When we set big goals, it's natural to feel overwhelmed
Your career is not your job title. It's the impact you have on others.
The impact on the people you work with and customers you serve is what's important.
All of this impact travels with you throughout your career.
Our minds buzz with desires, but they won't make us happy.
Simplify your life. Reset your mind. Only want things that make you feel joy.
Use it as a compass to determine what you really want, and make choices that bring you closer to what makes you happy.
3 Startup Mindsets:
1. Your customers are genius at responding to what matters to them.
2. It doesn’t matter if you “are right” it matters if you “get it right.”
3. Be humble enough to build something for other people.
What other mindsets help you succeed?
“Business ideas” are not important.
Observations about problems are important.
If you find a unique way to solve that problem, you might have the start of something big.
5 ways mental fitness is like exercise:
1. People like different types of practice. Find one you like.
2. The benefits add up over time. Keep at it.
3. You can hurt yourself if you’re careless.
4. A personal trainer/teacher can do wonders.
5. There’s no end to the journey.
