In no way shape or form is this me endorsing them as the favorite to win the game. It is me saying that the footage of them lifting is solid and is a great example of being brilliant at the basics. I have no doubt that Ryan Reynolds and the KC S&C staff have their guys doing the same.
PS - anyone wondering about the Sport Squat. Coach Cal Dietz coined the phrase (at least that is where I heard it first - idk who he got it from so I give him credit for it). I personally love the sport squat (and back, front, etc...all the squats) as a variation during an annual plan.
