@SomaliIntegrity They didn’t learn from Yemen or the Hormuz crisis. SL is already in crisis and many groups and nations will resist Israeli expansion in the Red Sea. Destabilizing Somalia will lead to new security threats in the Red Sea and the Horn of Africa thus giving Iran another leverage.

Houthis dominate Yemen, so recognizing Somaliland will give an opening to the Houthis and Iranians to create proxies in Somalia and dominate the Red Sea. SL is no different PL, Somali politics is a geopolitical landmine. Insecurity will donate the Red Sea and the Horn of Africa
