So many reasons - convenience, services, accessibility, tech. I'm at the heart of NYC (moving to FL this month actually). But even my previous time in FL can't match the services and convenience of the Big Apple.

Availability of anything you want in 20 minutes - whether you want to walk to the store or have it delivered via Instacart, Uber Eats. Then there's Amazon Prime with more availability if you wait a single night.

I don't think Iowa, let alone any other state, matches this sort of gluttony.
