@tomcrypt0 $PAPER holders will soon be able to redeem their tokens for a liquid asset. $PAPER stays in the protocol's treasury and will be partially burned after redeem.
This works the other way around too if there's enough $PAPER in the treasury.
@DegenApe99 Take a look at $RFD on dex. It's been trading around 1 / 2 million mc for ages now with a FAT liquidity..
$RFD could be the REFUND for traders who leave the house and redeem their $PAPER..
Even the name would make sense..
@DegenApe99 Not confirmed, but I've been digging in the rabbit hole of Blurr..
Blurr created Refund ($RFD) in May '23 without a real purpose, SO FAR.
In the Martin Galer Whitepaper on Papertrade Docs he's been introduced as ๐
$RFD could be the liquid redeem asset for $PAPER
@machibigbrother What if the redeeming token for $PAPER will be โRefundโ ($RFD)? A liquid token created by Blurr three years ago. The name says it allโฆ
Search for it and check out the Martin Galer whitepaper on the Papertrade docs where Blurr is being introduced as โRefund Contract Deployerโ๐
@oodegen There will be a way people can redeem their $PAPER for a liquid asset. And I think I know which one.
Blurr created โRefundโ ($RFD) in โ23. Search for it and search the Martin Galer whitepaper in the Papertrade docs where Blurr is being introduced as โRefund Contract Deployer'
@Jpegtrader_ Just wait until you can redeem your $PAPER for another token.
My bet is that Refund ($RFD) will be that token. Search online for Refund in combination with Blurr and search for the Martin Galer whitepaper in the Papertrade docs and connect the dots.. ๐
@suremohsen@blurr Fire ๐ฅ& Ice ๐ง concept.
I dived into the RFD contract and thereโs an interesting burn function written in it + some other different features.
@suremohsen@blurr The trader can decide to hold his $RFD to receive stakingrewards for the treasury or make it liquid by (partly) selling.
$PAPER = inflationary = eventually less rewards per $PAPER, $RFD = deflationary = eventually more rewards per $RFD.
