Fabulous service from @StandardBankZA again. Waited 25 minutes for an answer from the banker. I don’t reply for 8 min because I can’t sit staring at a screen when I have a baby and the chat gets ended. How many times have I stood in a queue and this banker can’t wait 8 min?

@StandardBankZA why is it that in every dealing with your bank there are always problems? I have been with Discovery Bank for over a year and have had such a wonderful experience with them. Waiting for a UIF payout and then good riddance. @Discovery_SA
