4 months later after having a @AmericanAir employee refuse to accept my military ID and instead force me to pay for checked bags, I got a refund. All this hassle over $90. Trash airline.

@ChipotleTweets has gotten so bad. Ordered in person since they always mess the online order up. They had no chicken, no cheese, no lettuce, AND NO CHIPS.

@DaddyDrew05 @AmericanAir Good luck brother. This airline doesn’t care about customers and lies like none other. The online complaint all I got was a “sorry, not sorry.” followed by being ignored. This airline is horrible and doesn’t deserve a cent. I only fly competitor airlines now.
