@vintedUK What annoys me most… I’ve purchased two items by sellers selling Pandora items only later to be told by Pandora they aren’t genuine. Frustrating isn’t the word and because I’ve accepted items thinking they are genuine it’s too late for a refund! Lesson learnt 🙄

@SubwayUK went to your Birmingham Bullring store for a BBQ chicken and cheese sub, asked for the oat and honey and he said I wasn’t allowed it with that sub. I would have happily paid the extra but no option given. I’ll thank Greggs for my lunch instead
@nobull purchased some trainers from your sale in a size 5, I have received a 3.5. Gone online to start the refund / exchange process and it says I can’t as it’s end of line sale and not eligible. This isn’t good service. Please advise where I go from here. Many Thanks
@TUIUK it is 6am in Mauritius, my flight is 16:35 and I still have no details of my airport transfer in my app! I have no idea what time I need to be ready for and whether or not I can have lunch before I go at my AI hotel 🤷🏼♀️
