Were you False Termed on @Roblox for "Harmful Content/Behavior"❓
Were you given a Chat Evidence ID with nothing else to work with❓

I recently dealt with this but was later untermed (took 14 Days). This is what I did to get untermed (IT MIGHT NOT WORK FOR EVERYONE BUT IT DOESN'T HURT TO TRY)

Step 1: Request your Right of Access (ROA)

- In your request just say "I would like to request my Right of Access & get my Chat Logs"
- After doing this you will receive an email asking to prove your ownership to the account, after doing this they will process your request and send you your ROA (can take up to 48 hours)

Step 2: Review your Chat Logs (IMPORTANT)

- Copy your Chat Evidence ID and search through the file you're given and make sure to thoroughly read through the messages that were flagged.

Step 3: Appealing

- You will appeal through the subcategory "I was moderated for content or assets I created"
- You do not need to provide a Asset ID as this is a Chat Evidence Termination

- Template Example (I sorta used this):

Hello my account was recently terminated for Harmful Content/Behavior. I was given the following Chat Evidence ID:(put your chat evidence ID here). After Getting my ROA and reviewing my chat logs I was falsely banned.
In the conversation that was flagged I said the following:
| You wanna describe the conversation right here and let them know exactly what you said |
I would like to get a Manual Human Review for this case. I can also send in screenshots of my Chat Logs that prove that I did nothing wrong. Thank you so much

I hope that this Step by Step guide helps players that were affected by this ban wave!

@Paupaum95 @Roblox @Roblox_RTC I just sent in another request for my ROA, I am hoping they will provide it. I am so sorry they did that to you. I know they are silently unbanning people who were falsely banned but its ruling out very slowly and I don't have that kind of patience.

Still no update. Sending in another appeal tonight and waiting another couple of days, hopefully they respond. We should not be suffering false bans, this is by far the largest banwave I've ever seen. @Roblox @Roblox_RTC

Today is the 58th day and I have finally got my @Roblox account back thanks a lot to @FlareRBX with his post on the ban issue. If anyone is suffering from this same false ban I'd suggest you read his post since it contains the proper steps to do the appeals.

@Nayxa5 I can't they literally enforcement banned me. I'm also not letting an account I spent hundrends if not thousands of dollars on just go to dust. I don't play about the things that are important to me. If you falsely banned me, I will find a way to be unbanned.
