Received a mail saying that the flight is cancelled. It also mentioned that to avail a FULL REFUND(which I will definitely avail now given),I need to call on certain numbers (18002100999/022 62732111). But as expected not working.

Please clear the issue.
At least let the customers know wheather the flight is cancelled. Don't keep them hanging

Similar in my case, the flight got cancelled and now they @goairlinesindia are asking 3k more for rebooking.

@goairlinesindia I have booked a goair (G8-387) tickets from Mumbai for my Mother and sister. It is scheduled to fly at 4:10 PM but when my sister is checking now, there is no flight available at that time for that day. Calling customer care but no response. Please reply.
