Passing gas is normal.
It is called FLATULENCE.
Intestinal gas comes from bacteria fermenting fibre in the large intestine.
• Hydrogen,
• Methane
• Carbon dioxide
More fibre often means more gas.
Your gut bacteria are hardworking employees.
Sometimes they celebrate payday loudly.

By 2027, children in Britain under 16 will be banned from several social media platforms as concerns continue to grow over the dangers young people face online.
After hearing these young boys speak about the harmful impact of social media, one important question comes to mind: Can Ghana also take bold steps like this to safeguard our children and protect the future generation?

Telling men not to open up is exactly why so many suffer in silence. Strength isn’t pretending nothing hurts, strength is knowing when to speak and seek support.
Then when some eventually reach a breaking point and take their own lives, we become the same people asking, “Why didn’t he open up to the people close to him?”
We can’t keep discouraging vulnerability and then question the consequences of silence.
Can we all stop acting like last summer’s window was entirely down to INEOS?
Both Mbeumo and Cunha have admitted that Amorim convinced them to join United.
If it was up to INEOS alone, United’s striker right now would be Liam Delap while Sesko would be at Newcastle. Thankfully, Delap rejected United.
They also spent over a month negotiating with Brentford for Mbeumo, only to end up paying exactly what was demanded from day one anyway.
Sesko was like their 4th choice after Delap, Gyokeres and Watkins. That leaves Lammens as the only genuinely “smart” recruitment that can really be credited to INEOS.
Last summer, things mostly went their way but that doesn’t mean every summer will follow the same pattern. It also doesn’t make them masterminds.
The fact that you can already see how just one good window has made them overconfident and arrogant is genuinely insane.
I advised armed robbers to fear God but crime is still rising. What else do you people want government to do? If armed robbers don’t change, there’s nothing the government can do.
Since politicians are always waiting for all 33millions Ghanaians to be of good behavior and be law abiding by themselves then it will be better for all of them to step down and let the country run on autopilot.
There is absolutely no need for leaders🤷🏽♀️
I have some advice for young men newly employed,
When you get employed:
• Be grateful to God, your parents, your mentors and your boss for this opportunity
• Work hard
• Respect your employer
• Adhere to your employer's rules and protocols
• Embrace the mission and vision of the employer
However, if working for your employer becomes unbearable due to other reasons,
• Quit respectfully
• Follow the procedures of quitting as written in your contract or employment letter
• Return your employer's resources in your custody
• Handover politely and thank your employer for giving you an opportunity
• Leave with a clean conscience
Don't be chaotic, abusive and contemptuous on your way out.
Don't think you are smarter than your employer.
The employer you are disrespecting gave you a livelihood when you were seeking a footing and direction.
The employer may not have paid you to your satisfaction, but be polite.
Don't go bad mouthing your employer, speaking nastily, and broadcasting your foul mouth while disclosing what is considered private policies, programs, products or services of your former workplace.
Leave courteously.
This way, you open room for better opportunities, newer networks and better leverage.
Don't be a rude employee. Other employers will fear giving you opportunities in the future because they don't trust you.
Be courteous when you close the door behind you, the universe will be kind to you on your way out.
One reason I will always maintain Ronaldo is the GOAT is that it goes beyond football. Beyond stats. Beyond trophies. Beyond the eye test.
He’s one of the few athletes whose story is applicable to every aspect of life.
Whether you’re in football, basketball, tennis, business, education, or any field that just demands excellence, Ronaldo’s career is a blueprint. The mentality. The discipline. The sacrifice. The willingness to do what others won’t. The obsession with improvement when everyone else is comfortable.
People see the goals and records. I see the lessons.
How many times has the world tried to write him off? How many times has he been doubted, criticized, ridiculed, and declared finished? Yet somehow he always finds a way to respond. He doesn’t run from pressure, he embraces it.
That’s what makes him different.
Talent is common at the highest level. Mentality isn’t.
There have been players with more natural gifts. There have been players with more flair. But very few human beings in any profession have ever shown the level of determination Ronaldo has displayed for over two decades.
Twenty years of waking up every day with the same goal, be better than yesterday.
Twenty years of carrying expectations that would break most people.
Twenty years of refusing to accept decline without a fight.
For me, that’s why his legacy transcends football. Ronaldo isn’t just a football player. He’s a case study in perseverance, self-belief, resilience, and relentless ambition.
When people ask why so many admire him, it’s not just because of the goals.
It’s because he represents what human beings can achieve when talent meets an unbreakable mindset.
Men,
Modern women have FAKE
• eyelashes
• nails
• skin pigment
• buttocks
• breasts
• and a FAKE accent
But want AUTHENTIC MEN
Don't offer your authenticity to demons and artifical women who are performing drama in the audience for attention.
