I've already spoken to your bank manager, their seniors, customer care, and helpline.
At the ground level, the common man wears out his shoes chasing basic support.
I don’t need your sympathy.

एक छोटी सी लोन एप्लिकेशन पर बैंक कह देता है —
"हम सिर्फ़ सरकारी कर्मचारियों को लोन देते हैं।"
लेकिन वही ग्राहक वर्षों से उसी बैंक में अपना सारा लेन-देन करता है…
उम्मीद करता है कि ज़रूरत पड़ी तो बैंक उसका सहारा बनेगा।

A borrower applies for a loan in emergency.
Loan gets rejected.
But inquiry still hits the CIBIL score.
With every rejection, score drops.
And the same system that should support, starts punishing. @PMOIndia @FinMinIndia @CIBIL @Experian

Ground reality? Bank managers give loans based on contacts or recommendations. MSME budgets look good on paper — but zero delivery on ground. System is rigged against honest lower & middle class citizens.
