Overhead press- 6 × 4
Rows- 8 × 4
Biceps curls- 10 × 3
Farmers carry 25 steps x 3
Push-ups - 15 reps x 3

Friday:

Goblet Squat — 12 x 4
Walking Lunges — 12 / leg x3
Incline Bench Press — 10 x 4
Pull-Ups — 10 x 3
Push-ups - 15 reps x 4

Saturday:

Farmer’s Walk — 20 steps x 3 carries
Sled Push / Tyre Flip — 4 rounds
Push-Ups — 3 × Max
Plank — 2 minutes x 3
Push-ups - 15 reps x 5
