@KarlPH78 @EastMidRailway @TUKGroup_ Don’t hold your breathe on the aurora last week and the hitachi expert was doing shuttles up the train - first class carriage defective and closed, seat reservations not working as usual and toilets out of order and train 70 minutes late - 21:32 last Thursday for ref from STP

Hi @EastMidRailway you cancelled my 2:30 back to Derby from St Pancras - you suggested going via Tamworth with all the issues and taken me 3 and a half hours and still nowhere near Derby… last time with emr never again took me 3 hours to get to London on Monday morning..

@EastMidRailway @OllieTyler15 Same last Saturday evening they say go on delay repay to get a refund but there is no option apart from delayed etc what about sitting on the floor!!!
