@NurseStandard This is common practice across the country with most DNs still being paid at B6 when in fact they are indeed advanced practitioners following the educational changes in the SPQ training
@Mesouk@alisonleary1@darloliz A wonderful person supporting people with mesothelioma just like my Dad Paul Cooper who campaigned for his colleagues at York carriage works who had mesothelioma due to working unprotected with asbestos for years, even when the risks where known.
What a great start to the Leading Strategically Programme supported by The Queen's Nursing Institute, fabulous session by @CrystalOldman an interesting group of likeminded community leaders. Thanks NHS Humber Health Partnership for supporting my attendance π
@TheQNI@CrystalOldman@johnunsworth10 I read this with a heavy heart you have been there from the time I became a Queens Nurse @CrystalOldman and you will be missed. You have been the community nursings voice for a long time, I hope whoever replaces you is as passionate as you are about the importance of what we do
Merry Christmas to all the amazing staff in the Community, Frailty and Therapies Care Group @NHSHHP@NHSHHPCNO1 especially those working today, we recognise your sacrifice to look after others loved ones π ππxx
@DrEmmaNash Totally agree and mostly done as lone workers, often going in to risky areas to deliver care, having to navigate horrendous traffic and awful weather so people donβt miss out and prevent hospital admissions @NHSHHPCNO1@NHSHHP
@stephlawrence5 @LCHNHSTrust Sad for @LCHNHSTrust to see such a compassionate leader leave. Hope you enjoy your retirement and that you wonβt disappear all together x
