SB 2040 passed the Senate with strong support with a 24-9 vote. The House companion bill is expected to be voted on later this evening (if not, tomorrow AM).Thank you for your support and leadership, Sen. Harshbarger! #PBMReform#PatientsOverProfits
More PBM-related casualties….we really should follow Arkansas’s lead and ban the ownership of pharmacies by PBM’s. Independent pharmacies are a lifeline in rural Texas, and they are worth defending.
Too big to care. Make them divest all non insurance assets.
They have thousands of subsidiaries and their intercompany transfers are almost 1 percent of the gdp of this country !
Once again, a huge “thank you” to @CMSGov for making pharmacies the ones responsible for financially floating the Medicare negotiated max fair price program.
It’s only a 7-Step process to get our reimbursements for these medications.
A process that “only takes 3-4 weeks”to get paid for a medication in which I have to pay my wholesaler within 14 days after dispensing.
So glad we have been caught in yet another set of crosshairs by our government.
Thanks. @CMSGov@DrOzCMS
I will give you an 80% discount off the price of your cup of coffee.
Sounds great, right?
Let's sign a contract where all your coffee purchases go through me, and I will honor that 80% discount every time.
BTW, I also set the price of that coffee.

Ahem… @GregAbbott_TX@KenPaxtonTX Texas lost over 200 community pharmacies in the last year. Our neighbors in Louisiana aren’t going to stand for it. Let’s protect our Texas pharmacies now! @TruthRX
