This evening, I had a call with my younger sister in Gaza City. Communication is difficult, but she had to go to the top of a high building to catch a signal, exposing herself to Israeli snipers. She hasn't eaten anything other than rice for 15 days. This is the only thing they could secure. They have no cash to buy things, as their money is in a bank. They fill semi-clean water every second day, and it costs a lot. Things in North Gaza are hellish. Nothing less than hell. People are dying from hunger, literally. I haven't had contact with my mother and younger brother for 6 days now.
