Cleaning your house is the most underrated form of exorcism. dont let anybody fool you into thinking that dirt and grime and old rotting energy isnt real, its fucking real. you never see those people with those haunted tortured eyes and a sparkling clean house, you just dont. those two things do not exist together, because when you purge your space what youre really doing is taking out the trash in your mind. with each grease stain you find a disgusting thought or feeling lurking and you bleach the shit out of that thing like its the devil himself. maybe if you let the mold grow in your corner its growing in your heart too, you better believe that. so clean like Jesus himself is coming over for dinner

Introverts have a gift of knowing shit without a word being spoke because we are psychoanalytic, meaning that we analyze situations & people extensively, looking for defects in their character, therefore when you tell a introvert something, that shit better add up before we start calculating to find the real problem. Which is why we embrace being alone so much, not because we’re ”better,” but because we know that 90% of the people we encounter ain’t worth a damn due to social & mental programming. This exactly why we stray away from small talk about mundane things. Small talk & socializing about low vibrational topics is so energy draining to us which is why a truly aligned introvert will cancel plans on your ass just to vibe alone instead of being in a room full of people who are mentally & spiritually dead talking about nothing.
