In Florence, go to the Market, stay on the main floor (upper floor is a bit pretentious) and go to Porks for lunch. Order the Florentine steak, families of four often share it, but I have witnessed the odd strong soul consume it all on their own. If you like medium or well done this is not for you. If you are travelling with non steak lovers they will also find a nice pasta dish here.
