$IREN: Tracking Revenue

For $IREN, deals follow servicing of current contracts which revenue is a lagging indicator for. For tracking of $IREN day to day the best is @FransBakker9812. @FransBakker9812 is to $IREN as @SawyerMerritt is for $TSLA.

1. Tracking for building 1 of H1 to be handed over in 1-2 weeks.
2. Building 2 mid July.
3. Building 3 late July.
4. Networking core for tying B1-3 of H1 together in Mid August.
5. Each Horizon has 3 buildings. 4 Horizon makes up 1.94B ARR for Microsoft Contract.
6. Pending GPU delivery, H1 is the slowest and H2-H4 will be faster as system bring up is slowest on first Horizon and first building by a magnitude of what I estimate of 2x between first and second Horizons and then decaying after that.

H1 will be 121m quarterly pro-rated for mostly August/Sept to be ~80m + 125m Prince George for showing up on Q3 earnings release in October. This will be ~205m and in range of ~227.7m $NBIS delivered in Q4 2025 earnings. From this metric we are 3 quarters behind $NBIS in ramping when measured by revenue.

For Q2 earnings release in August, $IREN will mostly rely on Prince George ~125m - 10m/20m (minus last few GPUs that arrived later in April) and sliver of H1. The good thing is that we will be able to announced handover of H1.

Market only gives credibility for partnerships, deals, and MWs once $IREN has established record of converting it to revenue. Escape velocity will be around 1B ARR which I believe will be almost be hit by Q3 earnings in October. 1B ARR is not a 0/1 but spectrum. Until we establish revenue credibility, institutions won't buy us and market makers will whiplash us back and forth. A SW1 deal will also lend credibility but I also think that's more likely fall.
