@TUIUK I’m not convinced @TUIUK do understand how frustrating it was to have spent over 24 hours in airports due to delays on the first holiday abroad for two years with two 15 month old babies. Unless it’s a regular occurrence?!
@TUIUK are at it again! 17 hour delay on the way out to Verona and now a 3 hour delay on the way home! This is actually the worst travel experience ever #DontTravelWithTUI
@emilyjcollis @MeganMorrall@TUIUK@bhx_official The same people, stuck at BHX for 17 hours are now stuck in an airplane, on the tarmac at Verona, delayed by over two hours so far.
@TUIUK The holiday is lovely but we won’t be booking with @TUIUK again. Extraordinarily bad communication with customers when they’re stuck in an airport for over 17 hours for a delayed flight. With two young babies (in our situation).
@TUIUK have delayed our flight by 17 hours after leaving the house at 03:00 for a 06:40 flight. Now not due until 23:40 and stuck in @bhx_official with two 15 month old babies… worst start to the holiday EVER #TUI#HolidayRuined
@TUIUK@bhx_official 16 hours and 50 minutes isn’t as quickly as possible. @jet2tweets managed it in quicker time and with representatives communicating face to face with customers.
@mitchpink40@TUIUK@bhx_official The communication from @TUIUK was awful. Hours before we had an explanation… and now they won’t pay compensation because the incident falls under “extraordinary circumstances” in line with European Regulation… extraordinary when they new about the strikes days in advance?!
How do @jet2tweets manage to not only reschedule their #Verona flight for the reasonable time of 16:30 but have a very helpful rep on hand to chat to customers and @TUIUK can’t do either of these things?! 🤯 #HolidayRuined
Nearly 12 hours in bham airport. 9,856 steps (approx 37 laps). Think the babies are starting to get fed up now. Can’t you help @TUIUK? This is beyond a joke.
