Hey everyone, I decided to start up my YouTube channel after many months of conquering my fears! I haven’t posted a video yet, it’s currently in progress. In the meanwhile, go subscribe if you have a moment! I am grateful for any support💙 @ytcreators https://t.co/uLcd1YDmgX
I will use what Ive learned into my future use of online platforms&will be more aware of the impact of social media. my learning applies my other classes AND my life personally by teaching me to be smart&careful but also when used right can impact my life greatly! #GNED1411 14.3
1. I learned how useful the wiki tool is and how much creativity and detail you are able to incorporate with it.
2. How powerful social media can come into play when careers are involved.
3. How important it is to be aware of your privacy settings. #GNED1411 14.3
the most surprising thing I learned in this course is the evolution of how social media came to be and how far it has rapidly progressed over the years! #GNED1411 14.3
I strongly believe live streams (Instagram live, Tik Tok live, etc.) will gain more popularity as we are in self isolation and it is an easy way to communicate with a large group and broadcast publicly. #GNED1411 14.2
I think platforms that involve more audio, pictures, and videos such as Tik Tok, Instagram, Snapchat will be the next wave and over run sites that are more based on writing like Twitter and Facebook. #GNED1411 14.1
I will begin my filming for YouTube next week!
Is there any type of videos you would like to?
(I.e: unboxing, rant/spilling the tea, GRWM, summer look book, room makeover, vlog etc)📽
@tiktok_us@DrakeBell I think your live stream series is an amazing way of engaging with and entertaining your millions of users! It really show your dedication🥰
I believe it's more than acceptable OUTSIDE of the classroom BUT, it can be very distracting during a class as we can stray from the topic easily and end up on other apps. I say this from personal experience lol. #GNED1411 13.3
YouTube can be more incorporated in education! There are many accounts for educational purposes. CrashCourse is a great one! Sites like this can useful for examples to help simplify a topic you are learning. It brings excitement to what may be a "boring" topic #GNED1411 13.2
@KatHurst4 I agree with you on this! this GNED is my first time using social media as an impact on my education. I normally get very distracted and also don't believe a majority of "facts and statistics" on platforms such as Twitter.
This GNED is a great example of using social media for education purposes! As I use it to communicate with peers, share my thoughts and opinions, and learn new facts every day! #GNED1411 13.1
