@thetrainline I booked a train for Thursday 1st from Hedge end to Waterloo. It has been cancelled / not stopping at Hedge End. When I go through to cancel my tickets I’m not being refunded the booking and admin fees of around £4. Surely that’s not right?
@nextofficial my online order was missing a waistcoat, and I’ve been charged £40 per waistcoat when the label says £35? For 6 waistcoats that adds up! No response to my online form or telephone call when I was promised a call back. Can you help?
@CocaCola_GB in my pack of Fanta lemon I purchased yesterday there was one can that felt considerably lighter. When measured it was only 250ml! Purchased from Tesco express in southsea
@sainsburys I’m quite disappointed at the short shelf life (1 day) on some items in my food shop. I was pre warned about one item but two others are out of date tomorrow (salad and raspberries) which is very disappointing.
Govt has become a farce. It's bad for the country, the people and for politics.
We heard yesterday that the pension triple lock would be maintained. Yet there's little confidence that govt will or even can stick to what it says.
This can't go on. It's broken government.
@Gatwick_Airport We took a wrong turning and ended up in the drop off zone. We didn’t stop and drove straight through. I logged in and just paid the £5 as did not want a fine but do we have any case to claim that £5 back as it was a genuine mistake? When we realised there was no way to turn back.
@virginmedia I have been charged £4 for a paper bill which I did not choose to receive. I want to cancel future paper bills and talk to someone about having this £4 charge cancelled. Tried your phone and message service but no response yet. Can you help here please? Thanks!
wages haven’t gone up in a decade, inflation is 10%, you can’t get an ambulance, GP, or dentist, energy bills have doubled, interest rates are heading to 6%, the rental market has gone mad, rail fares up, childcare is bonkers, and a pound is now worth one dollar. what did I miss
@MartinSLewis My fixed unit rates are higher than the guarantee so will be dropped to the floor level, but my standing charges on the fix are lower than the floor level. What will happen to me? Wondering whether better to move off to variable or stay fixed. Thank you.
@VHAM2020 @MartinSLewis Thank you, yes BG confirmed we can move to the guarantee with no exit fees. I suppose we will wait and see and pay extra during September based on the current cap.

As the flag is lowered to half mast over Windsor Castle an incredible rainbow appears over the castle, for a few minutes and then just like that it was gone….
