@British_Airways you have cancelled my X’mas flights to Kuala Lumpur last night. Not able to change flights on the website. Called multiple times this morning to be given the same link by the automated phone system. Not able to speak to anyone!!

@British_Airways Thanks Corry for the reply. Finally landed safely to sunny London. I would like to thank the pilot and cabin crew who looked after us. They have been very helpful & supportive. It’s unfortunate that @GsrmGlobal was not able to provide the service needed by passengers affected.

@BritishGasHelp I called 0333 202 9802 twice in the last 15 mins and was advised that the office is closed. But the opening hours are Mon-Fri 8am-8pm as per the letter received and the contact us website!!!
