@TheReconCast It hit 10 feet away, through an exterior wall, and it scared the h*ll out of me! I was sitting down otherwise I'd have been on the floor!
@TheReconCast Had lightning hit my flagpole, jump to a security camera, destroy my computer, TV, cable box, Internet router, printer, 2 cameras and the control box for the cameras. God's own artillery I call it, set on the H&I setting. God Bless that no one was hurt.
@EWErickson Agreed. BUT, I think Trump underestimated Iran and this may be the only way forward to get out of this quagmire. Also, if Israel had a 'regime change plan', why wasn't that implemented Day One regardless of what we thought?
@JayCaruso@EWErickson Sorry, totally different experience. My original 2000 Cherokee has 390k and still going. My 2010 got 190k before I traded it for my 26 Grand. Of course, I only buy them but never use the dealership for service.
@UntoldWarFacts The myth that refuses to die. ALL planes used the curving approach for carrier landings, it was standard US Navy practice. The official Atlantic Fleet report STATED the Corsair was no more difficult to land than any other aircraft. Read Barrett Tillman's book on the subject.
@EWErickson Good idea. Will you be covering the donations of Melody Jackson and the impact on the Governor's race Monday? Very interested in your thoughts. Sorry to bother you on a Sunday.
