#OUB329 WK5 Focused on issues preventing successful leadership. Understanding and increasing my potential audience is can drive and scale followership
Gaining this perspective can come from talking to people with different leadership experiences, which will be invaluable to me!
#OUB329 WK4 As I move forward in my career as a leader in a multicultural world, I must be mindful of my own and other cultures. I have to find and enable different ways of working that will engage cultures together!
#OUB329 WK4 This week I learned about culture as turbulent context. It’s been interesting to see how leadership can direct culture, and how culture can also influence leadership.

#OUB329 WK1 Introduced how ‘Turbulence’ can affect leadership.
I learned that this can be internal as well as external, namely organisational culture. I have explored Complexity Leadership where the focus is on organisational & societal creativity, learning and adaptability.
