Guys, it’s been two years since I self published my book Fat and Pregnant. It was one of the many highlights of my life that I was able to share my story with the world.

I struggle with social media because I feel like I cannot be me. I said screw it, I wanna be 100% honest about my experience with writing my book. They say the hardest part of writing a book, is the writing. I call B.S..

Did I publish a book and expect it to hit the best seller list? No. Are there things I could of done better and differently?

Yes, but I was a mom- working a full-time job ( & part-time job), two kiddos, hubby, way to many dogs, and tackling life one day at a time. I was like just get the book out- God will do the rest. I know there will be women that need a pregnancy story like mine. Did I become and overnight success? Ha, no 😊

Well two years later, I am still trying to figure it all out. How to juggle my life and what I am passionate about. I still want to do more- I already have most of book #2 wrote and a bazillion other ideas living rent free in my head. One of the projects is about to go live and I am super excited to be able to share it.

Will this be a success? I have no idea. I am going to keep trying because this is what drives me. This is what keeps me up at night. Filling the void that I see in so many women’s lives.
