Almost a month ago, @GoibiboSupport blatantly lied in consumer court that a full refund had been initiated, but they did not. They also refused to provide compensation even after accepting their mistake. @DGCAIndia @airsewa_MoCA, kindly help. I will lodge a complaint on edaakhil.

@GoibiboSupport I have already stated that I raised a refund request on the 31st for the Delhi-LKO flight, not the other way around. On the 30th, it was automatically initiated from your end. Kindly accept this and issue a refund . Taking someone's hard-earned money to make profits won't sustain

@GoibiboSupport I have already stated 10 times that no cancellation was done by my side for the lko-delhi leg. I had initiated for the Delhi-Lucknow leg only as it was officially canceled by my airlines. You are ignoring the main issue and coming up with the same response.

@GoibiboSupport Maam thats not what's the issue about, kindly check first that i did not raise any refund for lucknow delhi flight. It was delhi lucknow flight. The cancelation was done from your end on 31st march 9:26 am i raised refund for delhi lucknow flight
