@ZeptoNow I just love the new UI where we have two different orders simultaneously from tel different delivery location partners and I can simply “swipe” through between orders and also have a holistic view of both the riders (in my case there were two orders)

Then he goes ahead and conveniently puts it as “recipient unavailable” no calls, no delivery attempt. This is straight up unprofessional

Agent confirmed that the delivery will happen by - 5.30pm
I keep looking at when the delivery will happen and took a screenshot (attached)
The delivery guy updates as “Recipient unavailable” - 8.28pm

@jagograhakjago this is the pathetic service we are getting after tagging @delhivery here and even after raising multiple online chat on their app. They have put me in a loop of no response from their end!!!

In the screen shot you can also the time and the location of the delivery person how near it is to my place and he was there until 8.28pm before updating the status to “Recipient Unavailable”

@delhivery how can anyone decide to update something fake stating the “recipient unavailable” even though I was at home and I did not receive any call from him after “I called” him at 3.01pm.

I do not appreciate such a pathetic and unprofessional way of handling this.

@delhivery this is an already delayed shipment due to the recent rains and it finally reached near my location yesterday and today got the “out for delivery” message as you can see above.

Now I try to reach customer care no one is available. Is my time of no value?

And then he said the pricing currently is low so would I give him ₹200+ above the price.

Open Uber App. Book Ride. Wait for the Driver. Be spoken to rudely and when you say that you will report them they cancel the ride and actually there is no way you can find his details on the app (its gone forever) unless you took a screenshot, which I DID!!!!!!
