Расскажу вам про наркотики в Сингапуре.
Пойманные делятся на две категории - употребляющие и распространяющие ( иногда и то и другое вместе).
Обязательная смертная казнь предусмотрена для тех кого поймали с
15 г диаморфина (героина)

30 г кокаина

500 г каннабиса

250 г метамфетамина

За распространение меньшего количества - заключение от 5 до 20 лет.

Врачи обязаны сообщать �� любом, ставшем им известным случае употребления.
Всех наркоманов ( даже употребивших один раз) отправляют в рехаб, который по условиям далек от курорта, т к управляется и принадлежит тюрьме. Колючая проволока, везде камеры наблюдения и постоянное патрулирование. Не знаю как женщины ( а там 1 из 8 жен), но мужчины спят на подстилках или прямо на бетонном полу. Шесть часов в день занятия с наркологами и психиатрами, все одеты в униформу.
Местные врачи говорят, что на результат лечения наркомании не влияет добровольно или принудительно пациент отправлен в рехаб. Из 10 трое возвращаются. В 2023 году на лечении находился 3981 человек.

Мне интересно, если многие считаю, что каннабис не вызывает привыкания, то почему его тут употребляют, зная чем это грозит. И еще - действительно ли на результат лечения не влияет желание наркомана избавиться от наркотиков? Тогда все эти добровольные рехабы - уловка тех же наркокартелей. И сколько у них возвращается ?

In Tbilisi, only three pharmacies still prepare medicines according to doctors' prescriptions. Many adults might remember the distinct taste of cough syrup that Soviet doctors often prescribed for colds, with pharmacists mixing it themselves.

One such pharmacy, located on one of the city's thoroughfares, Tamar Mepe Street, has been in operation since 1959. Its dedicated pharmacist, Madona Guldedava, has worked there since 1971.
