@mikelmerino1 @Arsenal this is the 3rd replacement. First one arrived with pulls in the material. Second one the name set came off and this is the 3rd today. Arsenal Direct have tried, but as you can see they cant even be bothered to get the name set straight. Gutting as a fan!

We've been experiencing issues with Sky Mobile. This is now resolved, however, a small number of customers may still have issues while our systems get back to normal.

As a gesture of goodwill Sky Mobile customers will not be charged to use data in the UK this coming weekend.

Amazing how my mobile phone hasn’t been working for hours, but @SkyHelpTeam don’t even bother to notify you of the Uk wide mobile outage. Just expected to work it out for yourself. An email would of been a good start to notify your customers. Had to find out from @TheSun 🙈
