@BitGo went public today as the first IPO of 2026, with shares trading on the NYSE under BTGO!

Since 2013, BitGo has built regulated, institutional-grade digital asset infrastructure across custody, wallets, staking, trading, financing, and settlement. The debut underscores the continued institutionalization of crypto.

BitGo acquired Mercury portfolio company Brassica in 2024, expanding its escrow and custodial capabilities.
