UGM Party Flagbearer David Maraga has said President William Ruto cannot uphold the Constitution.

Speaking in Mosocho on Friday, Maraga said Ruto opposed the promulgation of the 2010 Constitution and therefore lacks the conviction to fully implement its provisions.
