If your country has freedom of religion, but members of one religion need to pay millions on security just to safely gather, then your country does not have freedom of religion.

Delighted to welcome representatives of @JewishWomenIntl to @CZMissionNY on the margins of 🇺🇳#CSW70. We discussed violence against women, including the horrific weaponisation of sexual violence by Hamas terrorists on 7 October 2023 — crimes that 🇨🇿 continues to condemn in the strongest possible terms.

New report about the sexual violence of October 7:

The Dinah Project, headed by a team of leading legal and gender experts, was established in response to the Hamas terror attack on Israel of October 7, 2023.
Through the multi-disciplinary knowledge and skills of its members, the Dinah Project has become the leading resource for recognition and justice for the victims of Conflict Related Sexual Violence (CRSV) on October 7 and subsequently.

Operating under the auspices of the Ruth and Emanuel Rackman Center for the Advancement of Women at Bar-Ilan University, the project aims to reshape the discourse on CRSV, by taking October 7 as a catalyst to develop groundbreaking tools and strategies that combat denialism and ensure accountability in CRSV cases worldwide.

The Dinah Project exposes the systematic use of sexual violence by Hamas terrorists during the October 7 attacks.

It calls for a legal framework to hold perpetrators accountable and emphasizes communal harm caused by such atrocities.

Those who know will share

Emily Damari offered to trade places with 65-year-old hostage Keith Siegel.

Liri Albag defied Hamas by flashing a victory sign on stage, ruining their staged ceremony.

Naama, Daniella, Liri, and Karina didn’t want Agam to be left alone, so one of them offered to stay behind so she wouldn’t have to.

Most of these girls aren’t even 20 years old, yet they showed more courage and character than many people I know.

They are not just survivors; they’re wonder women.

[Hen Mazzig @HenMazzig]

The first IDF officers to speak with the released hostages were 3 Israeli women, specializing in mental health, from the reserves.

Israeli women are heroes. 💙🇮🇱

[Israel ישראל @Israel]

This entire family was burned alive by Hamas terrorists on October 7.

While you scroll and read about the hostage deal and ceasefire, don’t forget how this war began.

We stand with the families of the victims and hostages who relive October 7 every single day.

Never forget.

This Shabbat this is all we’re thinking about.

Shabbat Shalom שבת שלום

[Arsen Ostrovsky @Ostrov_A]

Repeat after me: This is not a 'prisoner exchange'.

The Israelis to be released from Gaza are hostages: children, women, elderly & the wounded.

The Palestinians being released are convicted terrorists and mass murderers with blood on their hands.

There is no equivalence. None.

[Jewish Women International @JewishWomenIntl]

During the next four years, we will certainly face many challenges. But we can assure you that we’ll be here, fighting to make the world a better place for women and girls, no matter what.

We hope you will stand with us.

Why do survivors of 10/7 have to share their stories over and over again? Why must they live in an endless loop of trauma? Honored to have my opinion piece on the tragic loss of Shirel Golan in @jdforward https://t.co/gLI4AB8IIU #ibelieveisraeliwomen @JewishWomenIntl

[Israeli Heart @Isr_Heart]

Agam is still being held captive, don't stop talking about her. 💔🎗️

[Meredith Jacobs @MeredithLJacobs]

@UN_Women. You should have written: "It is one year since the horrific October 7th attack in Israel, in which women and children were killed, raped, mutilated, and abducted. 101 innocent civilians remain in Hamas captivity. We fear for their safety and demand their release."

Remember when the UN called for a ceasefire for Ramadan?

Tomorrow night begins Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year, and the High Holidays. The holiest part of the Jewish year.

Where are the calls for ceasefire now, as the Islamic Republic in Iran prepares to attack Israel?

[Vivid.🇮🇱 @VividProwess]

Dear world,

You turned a blind eye when Jewish babies were burned alive and young Jewish girls were brutally violated and murdered on October 7th, alongside 1,200 Israelis.

Stay silent when Israel fights back.

It's as simple as that.

[Meredith Jacobs @MeredithLJacobs]

May their memories be for a blessing.

[Meredith Jacobs @MeredithLJacobs]

I am struggling to put words to my sadness. There are no words that are sufficient. That go deep enough. But here are words I will say:
- the hostages were innocent civilians
- they were murdered by Hamas
- rather than "bring them home" the world must demand "LET THEM GO"
