Slaughtered an 18 year old bison bull originally from Grasslands National Park out in the swampy pasture he called home for the winter. Right after we saw a rainbow - very unusual for December. Likely a coincidence, but old bison bulls definitely have a powerful presence.

@FarmRobert at our property the bulls tend to die of natural causes in their late teens. He was doing poor at the end, had some arthritis in his shoulders i think.
