I don’t think McDonald’s should be anyone’s ultimate goal.
But the point is a starting point is available to anyone and everyone right now.
Not only that, while we do live in a uniquely negative period of American history, we simultaneously live in the best and more opportunistic period.
Anyone, of any skin color, any culture, so long as they save up 800$ can have access to literally an infinite number of jobs on an iPhone.
That’s not true.
Sure maybe the rich are paying the majority of taxes, but that doesn’t mean the middle class aren’t paying taxes.
& a lot of middle class people aren’t gaining what they are paying into the systems.
Trust me I’m adamantly against any form of money overseas- especially in the state that America is in right now.
I’m just trying to be realistic, and I don’t think we are going to be able to stop that soon without a full blown revolution.
My point is the people you are blaming rightfully so for everything going on overseas, E files, etc.
They are also contributing to mass migration and welfare narratives because it forces the backbone of America to bend the knee and fundamentally weakens Americans and America- which is exactly what those people want.
Why do you think there would be a concerted effort to blackmail American politicians if not to drive America directly into the ground.
@FumblesTakeTwo@ToddObr11806472@Coleidoscopes It is in good faith.
Why should anyone have to subsidize your trips to the zoo.
Healthcare and food is one thing which you already aren’t entitled to because it’s not your labor.
But acting like you are entitled to someone else subsidizing your trip to the zoo is ridiculous.
I don’t disagree with you on a lot of this but that doesn’t mean that we should now expect the same corrupt government to provide for us.
Do you not see how ridiculous that sounds?
You realize all of these things you mentioned affect upper middle class people as well, and now they also have to deal with being taxed out the ass so someone can enjoy the zoo.
I agree, it’s probably not the biggest issue to be talking about right now, but that doesn’t mean it’s not an issue.
People aren’t just entitled to other people’s labor because those people live in a country with a corrupt government- that’s asinine.
The system is set up that way to fuck everyone else over.
Not only that the system wasn’t supposed to fund your monthly zoo trip until 5 minutes ago.
Your post insinuates that America was founded on government handouts, the founders couldn’t have been more against the idea that national government was responsible for welfare programs.
This was supposed to be left up to local governments, churches, etc.
@pcosprincess22@SurrDaubs@tasha032218 Or, again work, and don’t rely on anybody let alone the government to provide for you.
God our founders would be rolling in their graves right now.
@notalioamber@LeoWolf651354 I’d argue allowing the child a chance to live even if that’s in the foster care system is a better move than never giving it a chance to begin with.
Not to mention, the foster care system is an issue, but not for newborns. Newborns are the biggest priority.
I agree.
I can see some peoples point of views saying the game creates bad depictions.
But I’m with you, there is always going to be someone willing to make a game of certain depictions if these actions exist in the real world.
We have to fix the real world issues before we worry about the game, completely agree.
