@PeteApps Simple to fix. Re-pass the Defective Buildings Act (which empowered local authorities to re-acquire sold council houses at the price paid) to allow and fund local authorities to acquire units at price paid (and ground rents for peanuts)

@PeteApps This could be part solved by having ALL BR dox related to planning in the public domain, plus variations to approved planning consents (which often are not put up where agreed by planning authority officers). The second check of the public would flag up some areas of concern
