@Rentokil you took a duplicate payment of £1,455 from my husbands account without his consent. Over a week later and still no return of funds. It’s not a “refund” as you’re describing it, it’s the return of funds incorrectly taken. Please can you advise how to escalate this.

@HelloFreshUK I subscribed due to the free delivery as an Amazon prime customer, however the free delivery keeps being removed, meaning I’m being charged for delivery. My next box has now passed the editing deadline and isn’t being delivered for free despite me activating again

@TUIUK if I’m booking a flight only, am I able to check in a travel cot for my 3yr old free of charge? Your website says prams and car seats go free but doesn’t mention travel cots (would only need to check in the one item, no car seat or pram)
