The National Weather Service has issued a BLIZZARD WARNING for the Maine coast.

This does not really change the predicted amount of snow. It speaks to the wind and visibility. Wind gusts 45-55 mph, plus falling and blowing snow, will reduce the visibility to <1/4 mi at times.
