A distressed judge in Oromia told me he is hiding for his life simply because he issued a bench warrant against a local political officer to appear before court. According to the judge he has three options:

1. Escape the country
2. Be killed
3. Join Rebel

Oromo political prisoners such as Bekele Gerba, Jawar Mohammed and others are on hunger strikes for 14 days. The government is preventing them from getting medical care when they need it.
