आज राज्यात ठिकठिकाणी स्पर्धा परीक्षा उमेदवारांचे पुढील २ प्रमुख मागाण्यांसाठी आंदोलन होत आहे.

१. राज्यसेवा मुख्य परीक्षा 2024:
– 318 विद्यार्थ्यांना न्याय मिळावा.
– आरक्षण व इतर तांत्रिक बाबी तातडीने सोडवाव्यात.
– आयोगाचे प्रसिद्धीपत्रक जाहीर झाल्यानंतर किमान 45 दिवसांचा अभ्यासासाठी कालावधी द्यावा.
– ही परीक्षा विद्यार्थ्यांच्या मानसिक व अभ्यासाच्या तयारीच्या दृष्टीने न्याय्यपणे घ्यावी.

२. संयुक्त महाराष्ट्र अराजपत्रित सेवा परीक्षा 2024:
– PSI, STI, ASO, SR या पदांच्या जास्तीत जास्त रिक्त जागांची माहिती संबंधित विभागांनी आयोगाला अतिरिक्त मागणी पत्रकाद्वारे पाठवावी.
– आयोगाने या जागा वाढवून विद्यार्थ्यांना अधिक संधी उपलब्ध करून द्याव्यात.

हे दोन्ही प्रश्न विद्यार्थ्यांच्या भविष्यासाठी अत्यंत महत्त्वाचे असून आयोग व सरकारने याकडे गांभीर्याने लक्ष द्यावे, अन्यथा आंदोलन अधिक तीव्र होईल.

बातम्यांसाठी पत्रकारांना पैसे दिले जात आहेत अशी खोटी ऑडिओ क्लिप तयार करून आंदोलनाला बदनाम केलं जात आहे.
अशा व्यक्तींचा/प्रवृत्तींचा विद्यार्थ्यांच्या शांततामय आंदोलनाशी काहीही संबंध नाही.

पत्रकारांनी या प्रश्नाशी जबाबदारीने दखल घेऊन जनमत तयार करण्यास आपल्याला सहकार्यच केलं आहे.

सरकारच्या निर्दयीपणामुळे विद्यार्थ्यांमध्ये लाचारीची भावना निर्माण होत आहे. सरकारने युवांच्या या आंदोलनाला हलक्यात न घेता त्वरित मागण्या मान्य कराव्यात. आंदोलनादरम्यान पोलीस विशेषतः पुणे शहर पोलीस दडपशाही करू पाहतात हे योग्य नाही, यापुढे अशी दडपशाही केल्यास सरकारला परवडणार नाही याची नोंद घ्यावी.

मुंबईच्या यशवंतराव चव्हाण सेंटर येथे संयुक्त पूर्व परीक्षेच्या (#combine) विद्यार्थ्यांनी त्यांच्या परीक्षेच्या जागावाढ संदर्भात काल भेट घेतली. ही परीक्षा दोन वर्षांनंतर होतेय. त्यामुळे आयोगाने घेतलेल्या वयवाढीच्या निर्णयाचा फायदा सदर विद्यार्थ्यांपर्यंत पोहोचवायचा असेल तर, ४८० जागांची म्हणजेच (PSI 216, STI 209, ASO 55, SR 0) ही जाहिरात तुटपुंजी आहे.

अशा परिस्थितीत जागावाढ करण्याची विद्यार्थ्यांची मागणी रास्त आहे. या सर्व जागा मोठ्या प्रमाणात रिक्त असल्याने शासनाला आणि आयोगाला देखील जागावाढ करण्यास कुठलीही अडचण असण्याचं कारण नाही. या संदर्भात मी स्वतः मुख्यमंत्री महोदयांना पत्र पाठवणार असून आज दूरध्वनीवर देखील संपर्क साधणार आहे.

राज्यसेवा मुख्य परीक्षा २०२४ च्या तयारीसाठी पुरेसा वेळ मिळावा, ही देखील विद्यार्थ्यांची आग्रही मागणी आहे. यासंदर्भात दोन दिवसांपूर्वी मी आयोगाच्या अध्यक्षांशी बोललो असता, आयोगाने १५ एप्रिल रोजी विद्यार्थ्यांचे शिष्टमंडळ पाठवण्यास सांगितले होते. परंतु सदरील बैठक काही कारणास्तव काल होऊ शकली नाही. ही बैठक आज होणार असल्याचे विद्यार्थ्यांनी लक्षात आणून दिले आहे. यासंदर्भात आयोगाने विद्यार्थ्यांचा सहानुभूतीपूर्वक विचार करावा; सकारात्मक निर्णय घ्यावा.
