@isabelpochet After 127 professorship applications, 95pc of them in Europe, went to 20 interviews and finally got 1 offer in Paris - after my Nature paper got accepted. Universities try to quench risk at the expense of fostering innovation. PS - rejected the offer <2700€/mo.
