@bt_uk One of your engineers said the error was due to only a partial fibre upgrade that was incomplete and cancelled by BT to cause this fault.
In the meantime, I, as a #BT customer can no longer call to speak to my mother, who is also a #BT customer.

Back in Dec 24 I spent hours on the phone to you @bt_uk trying to resolve a similar issue. It was found that over 70 messages over December mistakenly 'auto-diverted' to a 'junk email box'. Imagine being alone and not being able to receive calls from family. Same thing now too..

🚨 MILLIONS at higher risk will lose NHS Covid vaccines this autumn.

Lives will be at risk. The NHS will face more pressure. Covid is as serious as 'flu and also requires updated seasonal vaccines.

We can stop this!

Remembering 5 yrs ago calling the school to say my son would not be attending as it was too risky for him given his underlying health conditions. I was in tears.
The school were helpful and set up a video link so he could attend some lessons virtually. Then 7 days later #lockdown

Remembering the 'shielding' letter, my diary entries of disbelief, isolation & frustrations of trying to get advice from doctors, queuing online for hours to get a 'priority slot' for basic shopping. Months later - 'we're still shielding' we have to say as they meet & 'eat out'
