@TUIUK absolute abomination. Change our COUNTRY of departure 2 adults and 3 kids. Originally flying from Glasgow and changed to Newcastle. The 10% offer of compo wouldnt even cover the cost of the extra travel etc required. #shambolic #poorcustomerservice #Jet2fromnowon
