@EatSleepTrain_@ResilientPPT@DanielBove@SuperFlexFit@leetaft Yep just ordered movement band package then added lime green 80 &100” and charcoal 110”. Will try different bands on different exercises see what works best. I think this will open up a range of exercise options.
@DanielBove@EatSleepTrain_ Yeah tying bands together is what we do, purple and green, pain in butt if u need to untie them. The one longer band makes practical sense! So 80” makes sense for most of the exercises in lateral and short deceleration. But 110” could be good for overloading longer deceleration?
@DanielBove@EatSleepTrain_ Daniel what length and colour bands do u like from this company? (Green and black 80 or 110”. I generally tie two green bands together=pain in butt! For deceleration and laterally work in D1 bball athletes.
@RodWhiteley@KangaTech_@VALDPerformance @aserner @KThorborg I have used both systems. Vald for 5yrs and kangatech for 2yrs. I would recommend kanagatech. Better contrucrion material-hardware! But the software is unbelievable. The ability to train is intuitive for athletes on software. The reporting is superior.
