@PeacockTVCare@AndrewArild What you can do to help is provide 60fps video to people using all major streamers. The person above is describing your laughable 30fps feed.
@JBFlint It's because the service has limited content of interest to many, perhaps most, people. The app itself is also a hot mess, with inconsistent 5.1 audio and HDR support.
@InstacartHelp Copy-pasting a generic response when the Down Detector site showed a widespread outage just confirms how completely disorganized and clueless you guys are. Again -- great formula for running a successful business!
@InstacartHelp@Instacart First time I've decided to use your app in over a year, and of course, everything in it is completely broken. Good luck running a profitable business that way! Had to go with a competitor.
@peacock@nbcsports@nbc Wasted 30 minutes asking your support if Android TV supports 4K/Atmos for live sports (it doesn't). Got uninstall suggestions and false claims it works. Survey thanked me for "participating to this survey." The grammar matches the app quality perfectly.
@peacock When are you going to fix your app for Google TV/Android TV devices? Right now, I am a PP+ subscriber, and the live NBA game feed is in 2.0 Stereo at 30fps. On the upstairs Roku, it's 4K HDR with 5.1 audio. This is the sort of thing that pushes people to cancel.
@peacock So no plans to fix this,
@peacock@NBCSports@nbc? You expect people to pay nearly 20 dollars per month to watch sports at 30fps? It's no wonder Peacock is one of the few major streaming services struggling badly to turn a profit.
@niecey864@TODAYshow Yeah, a very questionable decision that calls into question how serious the show is at presenting news, even by morning-show standards.
@Leking887@AlanRMacLeod Not a lie. I just checked a random sample of people boosting the "note" in their replies, and almost invariably they have innumerable tweets cheering for the oppression of Palestinians.
@CBSMornings The past two mornings we've had puff pieces on Trump usurping the Kennedy Center Honors and on Kennedy doing pull-ups. The ink is barely dry on the Skydance deal and you all have already fallen so hard. Used to love watching you, but I'll be watching @TODAYshow now.
@GabTyz@DIRECTVhelp A few minutes ago, E!'s feed broke up completely on DTV (the kind of thing you see when you're using an antenna and a storm comes through, causing digitization and noise). I think this may be happening intermittently and throwing off the sync.
@DIRECTVhelp The audio/video sync is off on MS Now and E!. Those are both Versant-owned channels, so you might want to check that feed and how you're handling it. Not interested in being corralled through a 2-hour chat with somebody reading a script with your support.
@GabTyz@DIRECTVhelp Stream. Lip sync on dedicated apps for those networks is fine. on DTV's streaming app, those networks have video coming in slightly before the audio.
