@JetBlue Just got off phone with JetBlue lost & found (718-244-4225). They said they can’t access my report. Was told that if found, my bag will be sent to Alabama in 1 week, unless I fly back to JFK to find it myself?? Why is there no communication between JFK/JetBlue on lost bags?

@JetBlue after a 2 hour delay until midnight and a return home at 6am with our toddler, who’s been up and running since — we discovered one of our carry-ons were missing, likely left near our gate at JFK. I filed a report. Been oh hold on the phone, and no one picking up!
