How to determine exactly which local business to start in less than 4 minutes. No exaggeration, watch the video!

If you're into text, these are the 4 steps:

1 Pick 4-6 industries. In this case, landscaping, roofing, plumbing & electrical

2 Pick a city to run a scrape

3 Run the scrape with exact match categories only

4 Open an excel pivot table to see how the # of local businesses compare against the national average

Everything is shown in the video, step by step.

Run the scrape with this tool: https://t.co/oa7PoQQaHN
